Deane and his company provided the full customer service from the beginning to the end of the project. During my initial project phase of getting contractor quotes, Deane provided some useful recommendations on the initial deck design layout including the relocation of the hose bib, which if not moved, would have been inaccessible from under the finished deck. My other deck contractor quotes did not include this observation and recommendation. In addition, Deane also recommended finishing the perimeter under the deck by removing the sod and replacing it with a foundation consisting of a weed barrier, crushed gravel and a 4x4 treated timber around the deck perimeter to give it a more finished look under the deck. Once I selected Deane and his company to build the deck, Deane kept me informed along the way with respect to the project schedule. All aspects of the project were handled by Deane including providing the necessary HOA documents and sample decking materials for the approval process, acquiring the necessary county permits and inspections and finally answering all of my questions as the project progressed.
